In order to reach the important strategic goal of provincial government which is to accelerate the establishment of modern industrial system and the transformation of economy development form，the Department of Science and Technology in Guangdong investigated 182 science and technology service enterprises in 2010. After comprehensive assessment by experts，45 enterprises have been recognized as the first batch of the Top 100 science and technology service enterprises of Guangdong province. Furthermore，there are only four intellectual property agencies, and our agency is one of them.
