ShaoboHu has been interviewed with Beijing Business Today about the new rules of Chinese Antimonopoly Law

After 3 years after Chinese Antimonopoly Law was put into effect, National Development and Reform Commission finally announced the implementation details aiming at anti-price-fixing in 4th January, 2011. These illegal acts prohibited by the regulations include price-fixing agreements and the procedure of the price-fixing enforcement agreement. It is notable that these acts stipulates definitely six actions of price-fixing which are created by the proprietors who in a control position in market.

 

Focus on these new acts, Beijing Business Today conducted an interview with ShaoboHu lawyer who is an expert in this area. Mr. Hu claimed that “The main content of these two agreements focuses on how to enforce Chinese Antimonopoly Law. Forthermore, the specific provisions of them are aimed at price-fixing directly. According to the time of announcement, the basic reason for the creation of these two agreements may have a directly relationship with the prices soared.”
